Structural and civil engineering services were provided for the restoration of this 150 year old, Italianate-style brick building for reuse as the campus Welcome Center.
The ground floor rooms have been preserved and will function as reception and conference spaces.
The project included an innovative wetland garden on the lower edge of the property designed to absorb storm water runoff, as well as a Geothermal pump.
