Redevelopment of an industrial site on the Lake Champlain waterfront consisted of a continuation, update, and expansion of the historic use of the site. Research, development, general office and fabrication along with ongoing lakeside recreational uses were all present in this exciting enterprise.
Local wastewater, stormwater, erosion control, shoreline and Act 250 permitting, existing conditions review, schematic site design and improvements were provided within EV’s deliverables.
Grading and erosion prevention and a sediment control plan was developed. Driveway/parking/sidewalk cross section, including work within the City Right of Way were also provided.
