Structural engineering and permitting services have provided for a number of projects at this Vermont craft brewery. Projects include the design of a new equipment pad, design of a rooftop frame to support a new chiller for the brewery, as well as a new mezzanine in their boiler room to support a new glycol tank.
Additionally, civil engineering design services have been provided for site improvements to the southwest corner and the south side of the brewery. Improvements include new pedestrian access to the Tap Room, an outdoor patio space for the Tap Room, realigned parking areas and an additional passenger car access from Flynn Avenue for Tap Room patrons.
