Structural analysis and design was provided for a one story 7,000 sf residence with a partial at grade walk out basement level with retaining walls and a two bay attached garage. Floor framing is a combination of steel beams and wood joist infill and the roof is framed with a combination of plate connected wood trusses and conventional rafters.
