Civil and structural design services were provided for a new riverfront park on the Hudson River for waterfront access and passive recreation. The park includes passive recreational space, picnic pavilion, rest room facility, car top boat launch and small watercraft docking facilities. Permitting includes the joint NY State Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC) and Army Corp of Engineers (ACOE) permit for work in the waterway.
