Civil and structural services, have been provided for lower level renovations, and a 2000 sf, below grade classroom addition which included drainage design and permitting assistance.
In 2013, an incident badly charred and structurally compromised the spire of this Civil War era church. Engineering Ventures conducted a structural evaluation and provided recommendations for the safe removal of the damaged areas. Although the damage was significant, the spire was documented for future reconstruction. The new steeple was constructed off site and installed onsite in 2016.
