Full structural engineering services were provided for 9,000 sf traditionally joined timber frame residence and attached 3,600 square foot sports facility barn.
The work included the design of timber trusses supporting roof and floor, spanning 33’-6”, structural design and detailing of the custom, stringerless Floating Stair, and the review of the structural insulated panel enclosure system for the house and barn.
