Services included site design, permitting issues, site grading, and utility services for two 30,000 sf, NHL size, public skating facilities. Structural design of the foundations and mezzanines, were also provided.
Structural and civil engineering design and permitting assistance were also provided for a 5,600± sf addition located between the (2) existing ice rinks which will serve as the new entrance into the building. The existing snack bar located near the southernmost rink will be relocated into the new entry area, and the existing bathrooms/rink viewing area will be realigned. The entrance drive and parking areas will remain largely untouched with the exception of a new drop-off area in front of the new entrance. Existing sidewalks will also be extended to this new entry.
