Civil engineering services were provided for the design and rehabilitation of the historic granite steps and fountains on the lower Church Street Marketplace.
Work included the preparation of base plans, review of fountain hydraulics, preparation of plans for the fountain pumps and control systems, and the decorative granite vault hatch engraved with the city seal.
