Engineering services were provided for a substantial renovation project.
The lower floor was renovated for town offices including the addition of a vault and provisions for an elevator. The main floor was upgraded to meet current Code requirements to hold public events. The roof structure was evaluated and reinforced and design was provided for repairs to the bell tower and strengthening of the balcony.
Three new additions were added to create handicap access to the lower Municipal offices and main level Town Hall.
Civil work included new walks, drainage and utility improvements.
