
Julie joined EV in 2015 after completing her master’s. Julie’s past experience includes working on the structural team for the Al Raha Beach Development in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates; the MEP-FP team on the Renaissance Marriott in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada; and on the Center for Discovery, a specialized school for children with moderate-to-severe Autism Spectrum Disorders, in Hurleyville, NY.
Julie has a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and Applied Mechanics with a Minor in Construction Engineering and Management from McGill University, and a Master of Engineering in Civil Engineering with a concentration in Structural Engineering from McGill University. Her Master’s Thesis was on the Effects of Delamination on the Punching and Post-Punching Response of Slab-Column Connections in Parking Structures.
While at EV, Julie has worked on residential, hospitality, and educational facilities. She earned her P.E. license in 2020 and is excited to take on more responsibilities at Engineering Ventures.
