Jeff joined EV in 2011 after working for a couple other consulting engineering firms for many years. Since joining, Jeff has expanded his experience with civil project from permitting to design and construction inspection.
Jeff has 23 years of experience as a civil designer with a broad background in field survey, GPS data collection, GIS, design, drafting, permitting and construction inspection. Jeff’s work experience has included residential, commercial and industrial development, institutional planning and development, municipal infrastructure improvements and has performed construction inspection/RPR services for Federally Funded Municipal Infrastructure projects as well as VTrans bridge projects. Jeff has also been involved in the civil/site design and CAD/GIS efforts for wind farm projects in Londonderry, Vermont, and Lincoln, Maine.
Why did you choose EV?
My supervisor at my previous employer recommended me when they closed their doors to the location I was working at.
What is your proudest accomplishment to date?
Losing almost half my body weight and running a marathon!

What is your favorite project you’ve worked on?
Rollins Wind Farm, Lincoln, Maine. This is a 60 MW consisting of (40) 1.5 MW turbines, 14 miles of roads, and 250,000 CY of earthwork and was the first project I did in Civil 3D.
