James has a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from Manhattan College. His focus has been on steel and concrete building design with low to mid-rise structures, one and multiple-story residential design and renovation, shallow and deep foundations, and renovations of buildings of wood, masonry, steel and concrete. He has managed contracts with state and federal agencies and has project management experience including managing client relationships and supervising junior staff.
