Ian joined Engineering Ventures in 2021 as a staff structural engineer. His previous work experience includes 4 years with Green Mountain Coffee Roasters/Keurig Green Mountain as a Project Engineer and Design Engineer II. He worked on designing large portions of a $24 million roasting and grinding expansion project, as well as coordinating and implementing commissions for over $40 million of coffee roasting equipment.
He spent 3 years as the Secretary of the Vermont Chapter of Engineers Without Borders. While at EWB, he designed and build a water chlorination system for the town of Venecia, Nicaragua.
In his spare time, Ian has restored a rusty 1973 Volkswagen Beetle to show-room condition.
