We are looking for an Administrative Assistant, responsible for providing a wide range of administrative support to a diverse team. Duties of this position include, answering the phone, filing and data entry, helpdesk level IT assistance, scheduling webinars, organizing projects, and performing a variety of word processing and spreadsheet tasks.
Candidates must be able to work independently, have strong organizational skills, and enjoy working in a fast paced environment. Candidates should be proficient with Microsoft Office programs, and have an affinity for technology. Good communication skills are essential.
This position will involve a combination of ongoing, scheduled tasks and assistance with a variety of other tasks as needs arise. Flexibility and teamwork will be required. An ideal candidate will master the fundamental requirements and work to expand their skill set and role at the company over time.
Knowledge, skills and experience needed to be successful:
- Minimum 1 year prior administrative or clerical support experience
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Working knowledge of office equipment
- Good customer service and follow up skills
- Solid organizational skills
