‣ A unique, $12M sustainable 80,000 square foot building includes mixed uses of restaurants, retail space, offices, public spaces, and underground parking. This 4 story building was built into a steep bank.

‣ Civil work included integration of the building and site to a refurbished public park on the upper level and a public waterfront street at the main level.
