Full structural services were provided for this 5,400 square foot residence in Stephentown, NY. Design featured a full douglas fir timber frame clad in structural insulated panels for the body of the house and a hybrid structural insulated panel breezeway and garage.

The basement space includes a partial at-grade walk out portion and a lap pool. Services were also provided for a new horse barn and renovations to the guest house.

Engineering Ventures provided the design and assisted with the construction of a cable stayed suspension bridge. This bridge replaces the hand-operated cable trolley previously in use and allows the owner to walk or ride their ATV across the bridge as their single point of access to the property.
