The project includes structural design and construction documents for 34 building units, with four different building types. Individual foundation plans are being provided for each of the 34 buildings.

Emergency stabilization and rehabilitation design was provided for this 1869 brick building heavily damaged by fire. Full structural rehabilitation of the building was provided, including small additions for stairwells, elevators and ramps. Winner of an ACEC Grand Award for Engineering Excellence.
Structural design was provided for three, 4-story, condominium buildings with underground parking, a recreation center with an indoor swimming pool and racquet ball court, and a conference center.
After fire left a gaping hole in an historic block, structural and civil engineering services were provided for this 5-story, steel framed building which provided a mixed-use of retail and residential, with underground parking.
Civil and structural services were provided for this 40,000 sf, four-story luxury lodge, after a fire destroyed the original building. The multi-use lodge includes five guest suites, fine dining and kitchen, retail space, and a conference center. The building uses heavy timber and structural steel, and is built into a hillside on Lake Placid.
This project included site layout and design for a new, private residence. An on-site septic system and private well were also designed and State permits were obtained for these systems. Construction administration was also performed including inspection of the water and wastewater systems.
