Structural engineering services have been provided for numerous projects including; a one story steel-frame Emergency Room addition, Secondary Oil Containment with a new containment structure and emergency plan, Pharmacy renovations, Endoscopy renovations, evaluation of an existing mental health facility structure, Cardiac Stress Lab renovations, and Linear Accelerator addition and renovations.
Structural services were provided for the central utility infrastructure at the University of Vermont Central Chiller Plant. The project included 25 foot high masonry screen walls for the new chiller using ground-face block masonry, design of an underground concrete vault, retaining walls and foundation design, and chiller support system with deep sumps.
Structural engineering and permitting services have provided for a number of projects at this Vermont craft brewery. Projects include the design of a new equipment pad, design of a rooftop frame to support a new chiller for the brewery, as well as a new mezzanine in their boiler room to support a new glycol tank.

Structural Insulated Panels (SIPS) were used to avoid rafter reinforcing and to keep the interior framing exposed. The foundation was replaced allowing the building to be raised above the flood plain. Winner of ACEC Excellence in Engineering award.
