Cobb Hill Sustainable Community, Hartland, VT

Civil and structural services were provided for this intentional community on 270 acres in Hartland, Vermont.

Site engineering services included greywater sewer and disposal, a compost toilet system, water supply and distribution, roads, stormwater, drainage, and utilities.

Structural services were also provided for the design of a common house structure.
