STRUCTURAL ENGINEER JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Make decisions independently on engineering problems and work directly with clients and other team members. Must be able to work with in-house team to develop designs, plans, and specifications for all types of buildings. Experience or proficiency in AutoCAD and REVIT a plus. Proficiency with structural analysis software. Engineering Ventures utilizes RISA, Adapt, Enercalc and other programs. Approximately 5-10 years experience in the design of buildings and either be a P.E. or on path to becoming licensed. Must have a flexible schedule to respond on time to changing customer needs.

ACCOUNTING PROFESSIONAL
Our Accounting Professional maintains the overall accounting database system, performs bookkeeping and auditing, oversees payroll and balances accounts, A/R, A/P, and general ledger, with knowledge of specialized bookkeeping or accounting software. Prepares bank deposits verifies and balances receipts, makes purchases and prepares invoices. Performs general reception duties; answering phones and greeting clients.
Qualities: Must be thorough and accurate, with an attention to detail, practice good communication skills, be detail oriented, discreet and trustworthy.
Education and Experience: Minimum: Associate degree in business or accounting preferred with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
