Who We AreAt Engineering Ventures, we are passionate about the built environment. We take great pride in providing the design and construction community with innovative and creative solutions to meet even the most complex of design ideas. Our team focuses on listening to our clients, then building our approach and delivery plan around project goals
Creative Civil & Structural Engineering Solutions
We are a full-service civil and structural engineering firm working throughout New York, New Hampshire, and Vermont. Our enthusiastic team brings creativity and capability to projects of all types and sizes to deliver efficiency, function, and sustainability to our communities.
Service Oriented
Amazing service begins with understanding the needs of the client and delivering on these needs. We are known for listening first and then developing creative yet practical solutions to an array of challenges - from simple to complex. We bring a wealth of experience, expertise, insight, and a commitment to use state of the art technology to collaborate and push the limits of engineering.
Combined Structural & Civil
Take advantage of the efficiencies in having one firm handle your structural and civil services for your entire project. These include coordination between trades, avoidance of “missed scope” items, and combined structural-civil solutions based on collaboration. Additionally, we find that these full-service projects are easier to manage in-house and offer a discount on fees to pass on this savings to our clients.
Sustainable Design
Commitment to the practices and principles of sustainable design and energy efficiency are engrained in the firm. Our design process incorporates high performance thermal envelopes and locally manufactured and recycled materials in new construction or retrofit of existing buildings to create an environment that is efficient with resources, affordable to build and maintain, and a healthy space to inhabit.
Historic Preservation Expertise
Preserving historic structural building systems is our specialty. We have a strong reputation for evaluation and restoration/rehabilitation of many public and private structures. When developing remedial plans or renovation designs, we are sensitive to the historic fabric of a building and focus on minimizing remedial work. We are well-versed in the Secretary of the Interior’s Standards for Rehabilitation and tax credits.
